Our Natto takes 5 days to ferment then we pot it, from chilled it has 4 week chilled shelf life from potting we send it as soon as its potted, You can place it into the fridge on delivery or freeze, once open a pot is ok for 8-10 days, although it doesn’t last that long in our house with two adults eating.
